Dear Dennis and Misty,

I want to again tell you how very happy we are with the transaction on our new property.

As you know we had gone through this a couple months ago, and got so frustrated that we backed out on the sale. Trying to do that transaction with pictures and over the phone, had seemed so good, until we arrived in Utah to see the property and finalize the sale. The disappointment was terrible to come and basically find out that we had been misled and lied to.

We are so happy that we found "The Cheeks" to work with. Besides being honest and knowledgeable, you were completely up front with us about the property. Every picture sent was an honest view of the property we were considering. Questions we had were answered honestly, not just telling us what was needed to get us to buy.

And yes, I admit that when we came to Cedar City to finalize our investment, being treated like friends, with warm hospitality was also very nice.
